AI photo recognition is optional and requires a locally running vision model on your Mac. Filename, visual similarity and manual grouping work without AI.

My Inventory

A single record per item, no matter how many sites it is listed on.

Delisting Center

When you record a sale, the app creates tasks for that item's other active listings.

No live auto-delisting yet. The app will automatically create and track removal tasks. It cannot detect external sales or remove live listings without authorized marketplace connections and an active background service.

Sync & Backups

Your approved accounts share the same online inventory. Keep an internet connection while editing.

Import a backup

Bring items and photos from your previous app. Review changes before applying them. Imports support up to 500 records per batch.

Keep a separate copy

Download all records, photos and deletion markers. Store the file somewhere you control.

If two devices edit the same item, the second save is stopped so you can review the newer version. Saved changes are also retained in database version history. That history is not a separate disaster-recovery backup.
